While working as a Designer/Art Director at AKQA, I helped tease and launch many Activision games, including Black Ops 3 and Advanced Warfare.
After a leak of the BLOPS3 key art on the webstie unintentionally we learned people LOVE scouring CoDs web for anything they can find.
So we leaked BETA codes for the new game
and seeded it with your fav CoD influencers
Teasing the games storyline we created a quiz based off the trolley problem
of two scenarios that are both not ideal, how far would you go?
Q: Would you erase your most precious memories to become smarter?
Then when you played the BLOPS3 Beta we created a mosaic
out of everyones gamer pfps to immortalize your contribution
and over time the BLOPS3 key art image was revealed
Designed the first ever CoD Esports logo when they entered the competitive scene with BLOPS3 with their own tournaments.
Created many assets from CRM to social for the game launch
Worked on the launch of Advanced Warfare creating various elements for CRM, social, and web.
